This means that you may return any unused product for any reason. If you wish to make a return, we require that you contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order and provide us with tracking information on the return shipment within an additional 3 business days. If you wish to return an order and are outside of this timeframe, please contact us directly. We most likely will be unable to process a typical return, but we would appreciate the opportunity to come up with a creative solution for whatever trouble you're having!
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Scotty's Cigars will cover all shipping charges, both for the return shipment as well as any applicable replacement. For other returns, shipping charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Scotty's Cigars will provide a replacement or refund for returned items at the request of the purchaser. Please be aware that due to the rare/limited nature of certain cigars, in some cases replacement items may not be available. In the event that a replacement item is unavailable, Scotty's Cigars will provide a cash refund instead of a replacement.
